What services do you provide?

We offer individualized pet sitting, companionship visits, walks, potty breaks, feeding, and on-site care for guests staying at The Broadmoor, as well as select local clients in established Colorado Springs neighborhoods.

Are you insured and bonded?

Yes. All Fur Love Pet Sitting is fully bonded and insured.

Do you provide group care or doggy daycare?

No. We specialize in individualized, one-on-one care tailored to your pet's specific needs and comfort level.

Will my pet be around other animals?

No. We provide individualized care only. Your pet will never be grouped with unfamiliar animals.

Do you stay on Broadmoor property?

Yes. When providing care for Broadmoor guests, we remain on Broadmoor property at all times and do not transport pets off-site unless specifically authorized by the owner.

Do you offer boarding?

No. We do not offer boarding services. All care is provided in your guest room, home, or approved on-site location.

Do you offer overnight pet sitting?

For established local clients, we may offer overnight house and pet sitting. Overnight services are not available for hotel guests.

What if my room is not ready yet, or I have already checked out?

We can often provide pet sitting before check-in and after check-out. Your pet remains with us on Broadmoor property while you enjoy the resort, local attractions, meals, or other travel plans.

If your room becomes available during a visit, we can typically transition care to your guest room. Likewise, if a pet sitting visit extends beyond check-out time, we can continue caring for your pet on property after you depart the room.

Please note that pet sitting without access to a guest room may be subject to a slightly higher hourly rate due to the additional supervision and accommodations required.

Do you sit at other hotels or Airbnbs?

Yes. We have also provided pet sitting services at other hotels, resorts, vacation rentals, and Airbnb properties. Please call for more information regarding availability and location requirements.

Can you accommodate weddings, conferences, and special events?

Absolutely. Many of our guests use our services while attending weddings, conferences, golf outings, spa appointments, dinners, and other resort activities.

Can you administer medication?

In many cases, yes. Please discuss your pet's medication needs with us in advance so we can determine whether we can safely accommodate their care requirements.

What types of pets do you care for?

We primarily care for dogs and cats, but please contact us regarding other pets and special care requirements.

How much notice should I provide?

Advance notice is always appreciated, especially during holidays, weddings, conferences, and summer travel season. We will do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Are there additional charges for holidays or short-notice requests?

Holiday and short-notice scheduling surcharges may apply. Please inquire when making your reservation.

Can my pet be walked during an hourly sitting visit?

Absolutely. Walks, potty breaks, feeding, and companionship are all included during hourly sitting visits as appropriate for your pet.
