Multiple Pets? Our standard rates include up to two pets. Each additional pet is $5 per hour.

In-Room Pet Sitting (includes walks & potty breaks)
$30/hour (2-hour minimum)

On-Site Pet Sitting (no room access)
$35/hour (2-hour minimum)

Dog Walks (walk-only service)
$35 first 30 minutes • $20 each additional 30 minutes 

Additional surcharges may apply during holidays, special events, and periods of high demand. 

Holiday Surcharge
+$5/hour on major holidays and holiday weekends

Short-Notice Requests
Less than 48 hours: +$15 per reservation
Less than 24 hours: +$25 per reservation

In-Room Pet Sitting

This is our most frequently requested service and is ideal for guests who want their pet to remain comfortable and relaxed in their familiar surroundings while they enjoy the resort. 

$30/hour — 2 hour minimum

Perfect for:

• dinners

• spa appointments

• golf

• conferences

• evenings away from the room

• pool time

On-Site Pet Sitting (No Room Access)

$35/hour — 2 hour minimum

Typically used:

• before check-in

• after check-out

• during transition periods when a guest room is unavailable

• Not staying at The Broadmoor? No problem. Our on-site service is also available for guests attending weddings, luncheons, meetings, and special events at the resort. We'll arrange a convenient drop-off and pick-up location and provide attentive care while you enjoy your event

Dog Walks

$35 first 30 minutes
$20 each additional 30 minutes

Dedicated walks are ideal for guests who only need exercise and potty breaks without extended sitting time.

Short-Notice Requests

Reservations requested with less than 48 hours’ notice may be subject to a short-notice scheduling fee based on availability.

• Less than 48 hours: additional $15 per reservation

• Less than 24 hours: additional $25 per reservation

We will always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests whenever possible.

Holiday Scheduling

Holiday surcharge:

• Additional $5/hour for hourly sitting services

Due to increased demand and limited availability, the following holidays and holiday weekends may include additional holiday rates:

• Memorial Day Weekend

• Fourth of July

• Labor Day Weekend

• Thanksgiving

• Christmas Eve & Christmas Day

• New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day
